摘要

農村社區的生活環境,在政府與在地居民多年努力下逐漸改善與蛻變,在地農村已有諸多優良的案例融入在地故事、社區意識、功能特性、文藝傳統或生態保育等涵意,本案針對農村相關成果足以加以推廣或值得參考之部份,期能更加提高農村美學的品質,使其融入在地元素與文化藝術,結合景觀美感,維護生態與產業文化,提昇居住與人文生活品質,形塑展現農村風貌之特色,達到建設富麗農村的目標。計畫重要工作成果如下所述。

一、彙整本局100~102年度窳陋空間改善案例,篩選出在空間區位、功能效益、特色結合、文化藝術、人力投入、技術專業、創意發明以及後續維護等不同面向上具故事性或可觸發人們內心感動之案例,未來可提供農村規劃相關人員之參考。

二、辦理教育訓練課程,提升社區實務操作時之參考與注意,讓施作品質、維護管理及農村景觀美學觀念提升。

三、辦理共識營的研習交流及農村景觀案例參訪工作,參與討論、案例研究及實地觀摩農村社區共56人次參與,以提升學員設計概念及學習實際案例的美感實務經驗。

四、辦理全國窳陋空間改善社區現勘評選輔導工作,評選作業及獎勵品設計製作並協助相關成果的媒體披露一則廣告版面。

五、辦理全國大學院校農村景觀美學競圖,促進各大學院校與在地農村交流,將景觀規劃設計觀念導入社區,同時引動社區發掘農村之美。

六、彙整各分局之農村景觀美學成果展現圖集,訂定封面、版式、章節、頁面格式、色號、字型等公版,以顏色區分各分局,使分局與總局產製成果圖集更具整體性和一致性。

七、辦理全國各分局之窳陋空間改善優良案例的攝影作品,計40個社區,以提供作總局與分局相關業務推廣宣導使用。

Abstract

The living environment of rural communities have been gradually improving and transforming with the many years of effort of government and local residents. Many excellent cases in rural villages have blended in local stories, community consciousness, functional characteristics, literary and art tradition or ecological preservations. Hopefully with the results of these cases can further promote the quality of rural aesthetics, to blend in local elements, art and culture, to combine landscape aesthetics, to maintain ecological and industrial culture, to elevate the living and humanistic quality, to mold the characteristics of rural style in order to reach the goal of constructing a rich and beautiful rural village. Results of important projects are as follows:

1. Collect successful transformation cases of dilapidated area among national rural communities. Choosingthe cases which can touch people in the location space, functional benefits, features combine art and culture, manpower input, technical expertise, creative invention and subsequent maintenance to provide reference for rural planners in the future

2.Conduct the education’straining in order to promote the facilities for the quality and maintenance to enhance theconcepts of rural landscape and aesthetic.

3.Conduct common consensus camp to learn and exchange, to visit rural landscape cases. There were 56 people participated in discussions, case studies and to go onsite to inspect and learn in rural communities in order to elevate the design concept of students and to learn form actual cases to improve aesthetic experiences.

4.Provide guidance and assistance to evaluate all the dilapidated area transformation communities in the nation. To evaluate all the projects, design prizes and assist in one media exposure of the related achievement.

5.Conduct theaesthetics competition for the National college students, to improve the communication between universities and rural areas. Motivating the communities explore the beauty of the countryside.

6.Compile an album of all the projects of rural landscape aesthetic achievements from carious branches. Choose the cover, printing style, chapters, page format, colors, font etc. Using color to differentiate various branches so the album combining main office and other branches can be integrative and consistent.

7.Collect photograph works of all the dilapidated area transformation projects in the 40 communities as promotional material when the main branch and other branches provide related services.
