 摘要

        101年度為推廣農村再生,導入美學概念至農村社區,並配合農村社區窳陋空間改善工作,以彰、投、雲、嘉四縣之農村社區進行調查分析,並篩選出培根組20個社區及輔導3處再生社區,依個別社區環境元素與區域性組成關係,建立農村美學發展圈,輔以教育訓練,觀摩研習、實地陪伴操作,並辦理「2012彰投雲嘉農村景觀美學競賽」,提升農村社區對空間美學之知識,促進農村對景觀的維護或塑造上,邁向自立自主,提升工程效益及農村景觀與生態環境品質。

一、擴大農村環境景觀美學之推廣,由728個培根社區及13個再生社區,篩選20個培根社區及4個再生社區參與農村景觀美學競賽,協助農村社區提升對美學之認知,提升工程效益及景觀、生態環境品質,塑造兼具景觀及生態的農村風貌。

二、強化農村環境之農民生活、農業生產及農村生態之特質,已完成4處發展圈(總計6場次)美學發展圈會議,協助農村社區透過學習、討論及實地參訪之方式,保存獨特風貌凸顯地方環境特色,協助農村社區文化藝術引導環境景觀改善。

三、藉由景觀美學之4場培訓講座及4場觀摩研習,提昇相關人員及社區設計美感、構想概念、元素運用、生態特性及文化藝術素質,並透過網路推廣活動競賽及攝影徵件(總計40張),使農村獨特之美感推廣行銷至彰、投、雲、嘉等四縣。

四、以淺顯易懂的方式聘任9位美學師資指導(共60埸次),使農村景觀美學營造的理念及技術,落實於參與農村再生營造領域相關人員及農村居民,共同提昇農村風貌設施營造之水準。

五、農村景觀美學之實地操作,配合窳陋空間改善計畫,經評比後,辦理成果發表會頒奬,並提報培根組雲林縣西鎮社區、阿勸社區,再生組彰化縣平和社區、南投縣富州社區,提報大局參加全國窳陋空間改善競賽。

Abstract

In 2012, in order to promote rural regeneration, to induce aesthetic concept to rural communities, and in coordination with the work of improving dilapidated space of rural communities, survey and analysis were done to rural communities of Zhanghua, Nantou, Yunlin and Jiayi County. There were 20 “Root Cultivation” communities that were filtered out and three regeneration communities that went through counseling. According to their individual community environment element and regional relation, the rural aesthetic development circles were established for educational training, observe and study, and to accompany onsite operation. There was also a “2012 Rural Landscape Aesthetic Contest for Zhanghua, Nantou, Yunlin and Jiayi County” to elevate the knowledge of space aesthetics for rural communities, to promote landscape maintenance and development among rural communities towards independence and self-reliance, and to improve project efficiency and the quality of rural landscape and ecological environment.

1.To expand the promotion of rural environment landscape aesthetics, to select 20 “Root Cultivation” communities and 4 regeneration communities among 728 “Root Cultivation” communities and 13 regeneration communities to participate in the rural landscape aesthetics contest, to assist rural communities in elevating their knowledge and recognition of aesthetics, to elevate project efficiency and the quality of landscape and ecological environment in shaping rural style combining landscape and ecology.

2.To enhance the lives of farmers, agricultural production and the characteristics of rural ecology in rural environment, 4 development circles and 6 aesthetics development workshop meetings were completed to assist rural communities by learning, discussion and field visit to save the unique features and highlight the environmental characteristics to assist in guiding the improvement of environmental landscape with the culture and art of rural communities.

3. 4 training seminars and 4 observe and study meetings of landscape aesthetics were planned to enhance the design aesthetics, idea and concept, element utilization, ecological characteristics and cultural artistic quality for related staff. There were also internet promotion activities and photography contest (40 pictures) to promote and market the unique rural beauty to the four counties of Zhanghua, Nantou, Yunlin and Jiayi.

4. 9 teachers were hired to guide in an easy to understand manner (60 sessions in total) for related people and rural residents involved in rural regeneration development to implement the concept and technology of rural landscape aesthetic development in order to elevate the standard for rural style facilities development.

5. Through evaluation of landscape aesthetic field operation and dilapidated space improvement plan, award ceremony was conducted for the best results. The Westtown community and Ahchuan Community of Yunlin, the regeneration groups of Pinho Community of Zhanghua, and Fuzhou Community of Nantou were selected to enter the national contest of dilapidated space improvement.
