摘要

        本計畫主要輔導大臺中地區農村社區培根訓練,透過四階段培訓課程,輔導社區從初階認識農村再生政策、到進級尋找相關社區資源調查與社區特色、社區組織運作、社區營造技巧、社區願景、社區計畫實務討論等等,希冀提升社區環境品質、發掦在地特色與保育農村環境。本計畫配合分局政策與社區參與,已完成開課及相關活動執行說明如下:

1.培根課程從初步訪視50個社區,提送徵選通過並完成輔導開課有59個社區,包含關懷班有5班、進階班24班、核心班16班、再生班14班,達成結業人數預計達3,029人。

2.農村再生說明會於公所或農村舉辦培根政策、及配合花海活動、社區活動等已完成13場次,吸引民眾達850人次參與。

3.配合分局相關活動訊息宣導與紀錄,已撰寫完成10則。

4.配合中辦活動、分局農村美學研討會、花海台北記者會、台越農漁會參訪等完成4場次活動宣導活動,吸引達219人次參與。

5. 已輔導社區提送12本(公老坪、竹仔坑、慶福、龍興、六分、松鶴、興隆、埤頭、達觀、萬豐、福隆、永豐)農村再生計畫。

6.協助實作課程操作提送申請75件,包括地圖製作、活化活動、觀摩研習、實作僱工等。

Abstract

This project counseling Pacon-training of rural communities of Taichung city, through the four stages of training courses, rural communities from elementary understanding of rural rejuvenation policy. Through discuess on classes to find the relevant community resources to investigate the community characteristics. Operation of community-based organizations, community-building skills, community vision community planning practice discussion, and so on. To promote community environment, present characteristics and conservation of the rural culture. This project with the branch policy and community participation in the commencement and related activities have been completed shown as follows:

1. There are 50 communities join Pacon project, the initial visit and submitted 59 community courses, including 5 elementary classes, 24 advanced classes, 16 core classes, 14 rejuvenation classes, and educated 3,029 people.

2. Advocacy activities of rural rejuvenation policy, Shin-Ser flowers activities have been completed 13 times, to attract people to up to 850 people involved.

3. Information advocacy and records of the Branch activities, has written a complete 10 articles.

4. The activities, branch of rural aesthetics seminar, flowers Taipei press conference, Vietnam goverment visiting and other activities advocacy activities to complete 4 sessions, attracting 219 people to participate.

5. Submit rural rejuvenation projects in 12 community (Kon-Lou-Ping, Zhu-Zi-Ken, Ching-Fu, Long-Hsin, Loui-Fan, Song-Her, Hsin-Long, Pi-Tou, Da-Xion, Wang-Fong, Fu-Long, Yong-Fong).

6. Assisted the implementation of curriculum operation submitted 75 applications, including map production and activation activities, learning-observation tour, implement struction works.
